Courses (via LearnWorlds)
- Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- After that period, refunds are not available.
Tutoring & Coaching Sessions
- Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Consulting Engagements
- Engagements require a signed agreement. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms outlined in the contract.
